Perspectives: Women in Leadership Series Lands in London

10 Jun 2026

We were delighted to bring together a senior group of contacts from London for our latest ‘Perspectives: Women in Leadership’ (Perspectives) lunch, held in collaboration with Capital Generation Partners (CapGen).

The invitation-only roundtable formed part of our ongoing Perspectives series, which creates space for women in leadership roles across the private wealth and professional services sectors to connect, share experiences and discuss the themes shaping our industry.

The lunch welcomed guests for an afternoon of networking and discussion, with opening remarks from Clare Flanagan, Partner and Head of Client Development at CapGen, and Amy Bryant, Deputy CEO at Jersey Finance.

The event also featured a video message from An Kelles, Director – GCC at Jersey Finance and host of the Perspectives series in the Gulf region, who shared reflections on the continued evolution of the Middle East market and the value of maintaining the strong relationships built through the event series.

In her message, An highlighted the importance of continuing the conversation and bringing together networks from Jersey, London and the Gulf region to share insight, strengthen connections and help shape our plans for the series and the growing community it has created.

Guests were also encouraged to join our newly launched LinkedIn group, created to facilitate a dedicated space for attendees to continue conversations after events, reconnect with one another, make new introductions and build a stronger network of women working across the finance industry.

Amy Bryant, Deputy CEO at Jersey Finance, said:

We know that many of the women who have supported and engaged with the Perspectives series in the GCC travel from London. Holding this lunch gave us an opportunity to bring that network together closer to home, continue the conversations that have built around the series, and look ahead to how we can support our growing Perspectives community across Jersey, London and the Gulf region.
Amy BryantDeputy Chief Executive Officer, Jersey Finance

We look forward to continuing our Perspectives programme and building on the themes discussed at the London lunch through future events, community engagement and ongoing collaboration.

While our full Perspectives series in the GCC, scheduled for 4 to 8 October 2026, has been postponed until 2027 due to ongoing uncertainty within the region, we remain committed to bringing our financial services communities together and hope to offer alternative opportunities to engage in the region this Autumn, with further details to follow.
