Promotions for Four of Prosperity 24/7’s Great Minds

Prosperity 24/7 has made four promotions, across their business pillars, reflecting the growth of their business as clients look to make investment in strategic business transformation and leverage artificial intelligence to drive productivity.

Within the Business Solutions team, Senior Consultant, Matt Crick has been promoted to Team Manager.   Matt joined Prosperity 24/7 in 2022 and has leveraged his skills in web development and Microsoft Power Platform to develop applications, create automations and integrate Power Pages websites opening up processes and data to business clients and employees. He is also knowledgeable in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio embedding and creating AI solutions through the use of Azure AI Services.

Dylan Oswald joined Prosperity in 2023 as a Trainee in Business Solutions, developing in his role to now become a Consultant.  He has demonstrated a strong commitment to learning and development throughout, continuing to expand his technical capabilities. Dylan’s role focuses on designing and developing solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, helping clients improve their processes through intuitive, low-code applications. With a growing skill set in Power Platform and software development, he’s quickly building a reputation for delivering clean, effective solutions that meet real business needs.

Dillon Walker, who joined Prosperity 24/7 in 2022 as a Network Consultant has been promoted to Senior Consultant within the Technical Solutions team.  He designs and delivers bespoke network solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with each client’s business goals. From initial design through to implementation and optimisation, he ensures networks perform reliably and efficiently, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Dillon’s expertise spans network design, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting, with a strong focus on performance and security. He also provides executive-level insights through detailed network health reports, helping clients stay ahead of vulnerabilities and inefficiencies.

Finally, Fiona Tregoning also joined Prosperity 24/7 in 2022 and has been promoted to Senior Consultant within the People Team. Fiona plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Prosperity 24/7’s HR objectives, helping to keep the organisation running efficiently and compliantly. Fiona brings a wealth of practical experience and a calm, solutions-focused approach. She is a trusted point of contact for all colleagues across the business.
