You’ll play a key role in providing a wide range of administration services to a boutique high quality and portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients in the provision of trust, corporate and fiduciary services with exposure to varying jurisdictions with a broad range of asset classes.

The type of structures you will be involved in will include trusts, foundations and private trustee companies working closely with the client, their families, advisory and/or family office teams.

About the role

  • Provide on-going administration support to the team for the administration of a diverse portfolio of trust, corporate and fiduciary clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are conducted in an effective and proactive manner to the highest standard.
  • Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured.
  • Assist with the effective administration of workload to include timely and accurate processing of work, effective prioritisation, meeting transaction, statutory and internal procedural deadlines.

About you

  • Must hold “Entitled” or “Entitled to Work” status in Jersey, UK, Channel Islands
  • Private wealth administration experience desirable
  • Able to put industry knowledge to practice, giving sufficient attention to detail
  • You’ll be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP of CGI)Having good communication and interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with colleagues, clients and intermediaries
  • Being able to build relationships and work as part of an expanding teamA desire to succeed within a financial services role
  • Ability to actively manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines in a methodical, efficient and diligent manner
