After welcoming her children in 2019, Emma planned to return to work, however, the pandemic changed those plans. She put her career on hold until her family was ready. After gaining experience outside the industry, she rejoined the finance sector with flexible working hours that allowed her to develop her career while prioritising family life.

Before joining the finance industry, Bianca spent 10 years in the childcare sector, working in nursery roles and private nannying, with a focus on supporting children with additional needs. After taking time out to travel and reflect, she connected with a recruitment agency and soon discovered the perfect opportunity to begin a new career in finance.
