The alternatives market is undergoing a fundamental shift. Capital that was once predominantly institutional is increasingly coming from high-net worth (HNW) individuals and family offices.

At the same time, structuring preferences are evolving, with a growing trend towards corporate vehicles over traditional fund structures.
This event will explore what these changes mean for fund managers, advisers, intermediaries and investors operating in the UK and internationally, and why jurisdictional choice has never been more important.

As structuring requirements become more nuanced, jurisdictional expertise becomes a competitive advantage. Jersey has long been recognised as a leading international finance centre (IFC) with deep pools of expertise in alternatives and innovative structuring.

This session will:

• Explore structuring considerations for HNW and family office capital
• Compare fund and corporate vehicle options
• Highlight practical use cases
• Demonstrate how Jersey structures can support modern capital-raising strategies
