Hosted by Dr Rufaro Nyakatawa, Director – Africa, Jersey Finance, and Mike Capraro, Funds Client Director at ZEDRA, the session will explore ‘Beyond Structuring: What Really Attracts Investors?’.
Bringing together senior professionals from across the funds, private wealth and advisory sectors, the discussion will examine the factors that underpin successful fund launches including: what investors are looking for; building trust through governance and a strong track record; the value of networks and strategic relationships; creating an investment story that resonates; managing the economics of a first-time fund; and scaling from Fund I to Fund III.
