Catalyst for Career Growth: Unleashing Your Full Potential

Jersey Finance is delighted to invite our Future Connect Members to join us for our second Future Connect event of 2024. The ‘Catalyst for Career Growth: Unleashing Your Full Potential’ event will take place on Tuesday 16 April 2024, and for the first time, we are running this as a networking breakfast session, between 8.30 am – 10.00 am.

At this interactive event, our guest speaker Laura MacDonald from Prosper, will host a short session on professional growth and exploring ways to unleash your full potential. This will be followed by a networking session with refreshments.

Tips on how to unleash your full potential in the workspace include:

  • Break your career goal into small, achievable goals.
  • Build your professional network.
  • Expand your skillset.
  • Track your progress.
  • Ask for feedback.

More information about the venue, agenda and speakers will follow soon.
