A branding and communications expert who has crafted her trade with over 28 years’ experience, working in the dynamic world of fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment PR. Tessa set up the Scottish Fashion Awards some 18 years ago and was honoured in HM The Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours list with a CBE for her contribution to fashion and textiles in 2016. Having worked tirelessly promoting and nurturing new creative talent she was also recognised by Glasgow Caledonian University who awarded her an Honorary Doctorate for her contribution to the Fashion Industry. She now sits as President of The British School of Fashion in London. In her capacity as an authority on brand management she is also a regular commentator on broadcast radio and television. She has also contributed to many broadsheets and tabloids in her capacity as brand & fashion expert, served as Fashion Editor at Large for The Herald and wrote for The Sunday Times Scotland as a political commentator.
