Karolina Pilcher, our Senior Strategy and Research Manager, will be joined by Hannah Samson, Skills Development and Intelligence Team Leader at Skills Jersey, to discuss their work experience programme Trident.

This webinar will explain how Trident works, why it matters and how your business can get involved. As part of the school curriculum, Trident gives year 10 students real-world experience and helps them build key skills like teamwork, communication and time management

Karolina Pilcher
Karolina PilcherSenior Strategy and Research Manager, Jersey Finance
Karolina joined Jersey Finance as Strategic Projects Manager in May 2016, becoming Senior Manager in 2017.

Karolina is a qualified chartered accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Previous to Jersey Finance Karolina was an Advisory Manager with PwC in the Channel Islands where she has managed a number of consultancy projects including regulatory and AML related projects at financial services providers and worked on the design and implementation of a new operating model for one of the leading global providers of financial services to institutional investors.
Hannah Samson
Hannah SamsonSkills Development and Intelligence Team Leader, Skills Jersey
With a foundation in HR and recruitment, Hannah brings over a decade of experience in education and workforce development. After seven years serving as Careers Lead at a local school, Hannah joined Skills Jersey in February 2023 and now leads the Skills Development Team. Hannah oversees key initiatives including Trident-the island’s compulsory Year 10 work experience programme-Skills Camps, Insight Days, the annual Jersey Skills Show, and the Higher Education Fair. The team also work closely with industry partners to address local skills gaps and ensure young people are equipped for future career success.
