The Jersey Finance AGM will take place on Thursday 22 June. As per the Articles of Association of Jersey Finance Limited, a formal notice of the AGM will be sent to all Members 14 days before the AGM, along with the agenda and a Form of Proxy in case you cannot attend in person. Our 2022 annual report which includes the audited financial statements of Jersey Finance Limited will also be released to Members at this time.
