As per the Articles of Association of Jersey Finance Limited, a formal notice of the AGM will be sent to all Members, along with the agenda and a Form of Proxy in case you cannot attend in person.

The Jersey Finance 2025 annual report, including the Audited Financial Statements of Jersey Finance Limited at 31 December 2025, is currently available on our website but temporarily restricted to Members of Jersey Finance only. After our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 23 June, the report will be made available for unrestricted access.
