This event is for firms and students who have signed up to our Life in Finance Scheme for 2026. Applications open March 2026.
This is an opportunity to meet face-to-face with companies and students and learn more about potential placement opportunities.
How the event works
Before the event, students will receive details of all attending firms and the experiences on offer.
During the event, students make their way around the room and speak to attending firms. This is their opportunity to find out more about what each firm has to offer, provides them with experience of speaking to a professional and explore the culture of the business they may be working for.
Please note, students will need to bring hard copies of their CV to hand out to firms.
Each student and Member firm will then need to fill out a selection form to help us when we match students and firms together.
This will need to be handed to a Jersey Finance staff member before leaving the event.
After the event, Jersey Finance will match students and firms based on their preferences. Everyone will then be informed and be invited to arrange placement details.
Light refreshments will be provided during the event.
