Yiow Chong Tan joined Jersey Finance in September 2022 as our dedicated Director in Singapore, with his remit also covering the surrounding South East Asia region.

With a career in financial services spanning four decades, Joe has a strong commitment to the future success of the industry in Jersey.

Joe commenced his professional life in the banking sector, rising to the position of CEO of Jersey and the Isle of Man for a major bank, which included responsibilities for trusts and investments. In recent years, he expanded his focus as Director of Financial Services within the Government of Jersey, where he worked closely with industry and regulator to ensure the island’s position as a leading international finance centre. Before joining Jersey Finance in February 2019, Joe was working to establish high-reputation regulatory frameworks and business models for IFCs in the Middle East and Africa. He is a board director of the World Alliance of International Finance Centers (WAIFC).

Dominique Burnett brings over two decades of experience in the fiduciary industry to her role as Managing Director of Fairway Singapore. With deep cross-jurisdictional expertise, spanning the Channel Islands, Switzerland, Singapore and New Zealand, Dominique aims to bring sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and a persuasive influence to every challenge. Dominique specializes in governance frameworks tailored to complex international asset holding structures; she also has a keen interest in philanthropic engagement for the UHNW families she works with. Dominique is primarily responsible for driving Fairway’s private client business in Asia, seeking to make connections between our clients and the services they need across multiple jurisdictions. Her global perspective and strong international network enable her to maintain close relationships with clients and intermediaries across key markets.
