Our Tech Connect roundtable event series is an exclusive forum for senior IT professionals from Jersey Finance Member firms to come together in a collaborative environment under the Chatham House Rule.
Tailored to resonate with C-suite executives, including those at CTO, CIO, COO or Director of IT level, these events promise exclusive networking opportunities and discussions on pressing industry themes and trends.
This final event in the Tech Connect AI trilogy will focus on how firms run, govern and monitor AI once it is live. As organisations move towards production deployment, questions around observability, model risk, human oversight and accountability become increasingly important. This session will explore what firms should be monitoring, when human intervention is needed and what robust governance looks like in practice within a regulated environment.
Discussion will cover how to identify drift and performance issues, manage AI-related risk, design effective human-in-the-loop controls and create the evidence, roles and processes needed to support confidence at board, audit and regulatory level. As the concluding event in the trilogy, the session will bring together key themes from architecture and integration and turn the focus to operational readiness and oversight.
You do not need to have attended the first or second sessions in order to join this session.
