We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Client Fiduciary Services (PCFS) team in Jersey as an Officer, Fiduciary Account Opening. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of fiduciary services, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a supportive team.

What will you do?

  • Support Third-Party Account Management: Help open and manage non-RBC accounts while identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance.
  • KYC Refreshes & Due Diligence: Be the go-to person for keeping client information up-to-date and handling third-party requests efficiently.
  • Risk Management & Tracking: Ensure all requests are tracked and managed to prevent oversight.
  • Billing & System Updates: Assist with billing processes and keep our core systems accurate and current.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior associates, client handling teams, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay on top of financial regulations, escalate risks, and support governance requirements.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have

  • Qualifications: Ideally you will be working towards a Category B qualification under Jersey or Guernsey Financial Services Commission regulations.
  • Skills: Financially literate, a strong communicator, and proficient in risk management.
  • Mindset: Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused with a passion for learning.
  • Bonus Points: Some knowledge of fiduciary services or local laws (but we’re happy to train the right person!).
